ADRIANA WETZEL
Adriana has a BA in International Relations and a unique work experience in coaching, HR recruiting and placement services, non-profit management, and event planning. Adriana was born in Colombia and moved to the U.S. in 2008. In the U.S she gained experience in IT recruiting and built deep knowledge of diverse sectors including STEM, Education, Marcom and Health Care career pathways while providing job search coaching to thousands of immigrants from all over the world looking to understand how to navigate the job search in the U.S. and restart their career in this country. She specializes in career coaching developing tools including resume, cover letter, job search strategy, interview preparation, and LinkedIn profile.Adriana found her American dream, inspiring and empowering others to believe in themselves and in the possibility to work professionally again in the U.S. She is passionate about this work and looks forward to sharing her experience and skills with you.
PAULA RESTREPO
Paula is a results-oriented leader and skilled career coach with 18 years of experience and resilient record of achievement in both the private and non-profit sectors. She has solid experience developing corporate strategic partnerships and relationships to promote further growth and development of recruiting and human resources initiatives. In the US, she has 12 years of experience working with global talent from more than 130 countries, program development and strategy design towards inclusion and global diversity in the US workplace.
She came to the U.S in 2004 and received an MPA in Non-for-profit Management and Policy at Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University. Paula helped launch a national award-winnig non-profit organization that works to integrate fully work-authorized immigrant professionals into the American workforce. She holds an MS in International Business Management from the University of Bogota JTL and Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the National University of Colombia.
